Class Chant

As part of our topic this term, Kia Kaha, we are learning; what makes a happy safe classroom. Through discovery we identified what makes for a safe and happy classroom and put our ideas into a class chant. We can keep chanting to remind one another of our responsibilities.

Yummy Pancakes

Pancake day today, so we followed a recipe to make them. We showed responsibility and we all worked together, participating and contributing, in a team to make our yummy pancakes. We are also learning procedural writing and used the pancake making to write all about how to make pancakes.

Carlton and Mortimer

"Hi, Carlton and Mortimer here! We are so lucky to be in room 7. We get to hang out with all the awesome kids in room 7 and when some of them have been extra special in class, we get to go for sleepovers with them as well. We love spending time at different houses and meeting all the family. We hope to see you all soon!"

We are in!

Mrs Woon cuts the ribbon to room 7 and declares room 7 open. The renovation is complete and we are all excited about our new learning environment.
